So sorry for the late post.... That kind of sounds redundant as I have been saying that for the last three months LOL... I predict that I will continue to say that until my schedule slows down but I will try to do my best to keep up.
Anyway, this is an exciting post. At times, I make clothing that goes with a theme or some type of challenge and the outcome does not always look like I predicted it to look but THIS DRESS RIGHT HERE!!!
Can you say YASSSSSS! LOL This dress was very easy to make. So simple yet so chic! This dress was picked for the #sewyourview sew along on Instagram for October. I had already picked up the pattern, which is McCall's 7833, (you can find it here), and I also like to make a dress for Breast Cancer Awareness Month so I decided to make it!
The fabric that I used was a PINK (for Breast Care Awareness) crushed velvet that I picked up from Hobby Lobby. I do not see it on their website, but I found a similar fabric here.
I really enjoyed making the dress and I also enjoyed being featured with all of the other ladies that participated in the #sewyourview.
Below you will find pictures and a pattern review...
